1. 30-Day Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed or altered cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
3. How to Start a Return
- Email support@lcaapparel.com with your order number.
- We'll send you return instructions and a shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of approval.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method (PayPal or card via Stripe) within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping.
